Asbury Road 2007

This project started as a kitchen and deck remodel but escalated to a face lift on the front facade and the addition of a guest suite and extra garage bay. The master bedroom was also enlarged. This project started as a screened porch but morphed from sunroom to conservatory. Owners wanted to replace the existing deck with space that that felt "outdoorsy" but was conditioned. .Red outlines locate same objects for frame of reference.

Chandler 2009

This house had many small rooms. The owners wanted open architecture with a raised ceiling. To minimize cost this was done without changing the exterior.



Hampton Cove 2006

Owner wanted to enclose a portion of their deck without sacrificing the natural light afforded by the second level windows in the living room.



Foxfire 2005

This is a whimsical breakfast niche off the kitchen. Owners wanted a nice conditioned space to drink coffee in the morning and bird watch.



Chandler 2000
