What I Love About The Home

Location, one block from 5 points. Good neighbors. 3 new houses in the last 5 years, 1 next door and 2 across the street. One block away there are 4 new townhouses for sale for 350k each. This is a rapidly transforming neighborhood. Coffee shop is across the alley out back.Even though this is a large home on 2 lots, it looks like a small to moderate sized Craftsmen Style Bungalow from the street. I have allergies and really like the fact that this home has no carpet and the crawlspace is conditioned and encapsulated. I love the alley access for the garage and deliveries. I565 is one minute away and you can be in Madison in 10 minutes.
